  • Technical errors preventing CyberCore delivery
  • System errors causing incorrect charges
  • Unauthorized transactions (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Duplicate charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind
  • CyberCore that has been used for in-game purchases
  • Purchases older than 24 hours
  • Account bans or suspensions

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your username and transaction ID
  3. Explain the technical issue
  4. We'll review and respond within 48 hours

Processing Time
