1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing CKFlash Games (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• Users under 18 must have parental permission for purchases
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide a valid email address and create a unique username
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications
• Create offensive or inappropriate usernames
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Share accounts or login credentials

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Play fairly and respect the integrity of leaderboards
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them may result in bans
• We reserve the right to reset suspicious scores
• Banned accounts retain purchased CyberCore until unbanned

6. Virtual Currency (CyberCore)

• CyberCore is virtual currency with no real-world value
• Purchases are final after 24 hours (except for technical issues)
• CyberCore cannot be transferred, traded, or cashed out
• CyberCore does not expire
• Prices may change without notice
• Refunds only for:
  • Technical errors preventing delivery
  • Unauthorized transactions (within 24 hours)
  • Duplicate charges

7. Payment Terms

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store credit card information
• You must have authorization to use payment methods
• All prices in USD unless otherwise stated
• You’re responsible for applicable taxes

8. Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Window: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Technical Issues Only: Refunds granted only for:
  • Failed delivery of CyberCore due to technical errors
  • System errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 24 hours
• No Refunds For:
  • Change of mind
  • Used CyberCore (once spent in-game)
  • Purchases older than 24 hours
  • Ban-related issues
• How to Request: Email support@ckflashofficial.com with transaction details
• Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

9. Intellectual Property

• All game content, designs, and trademarks are owned by CKFlash Games
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• You retain rights to your username (if appropriate)
• Third-party assets used under appropriate licenses

10. User Content

• Usernames must be appropriate and non-offensive
• We may remove inappropriate content without notice
• You grant us license to display your username on leaderboards
• High scores and game achievements are public

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for lost game progress due to your actions

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKFlash Games from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any rights of another party

15. Termination

• We may terminate accounts for Terms violations
• You may request account deletion via support
• Upon termination, access to games and progress is lost
• Payment obligations survive termination

16. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any game or feature
• Change these Terms with notice
• Update games without affecting saved progress

17. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

18. Severability

• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CKFlash Games.
